Great if you want hair so waxy you can't brush it!I liked the color blend, however, my hair was disgusting for about 3 weeks after coloring. After washing my hair 9 times in 7 days (with clarifying shampoo) I had no color left. Doesn't cover my gray for longI colored my hair 2 days ago and the gray in front at my hairline & part is already gray again. I cannot justify spending my money for something that doesn't work for me. The first 2 applications did the same thing & now the 3rd. Not good for long or graying hair.. Not Salon qualityThe color seemed great at first but it didn't last long and seemed to wash out and dull in some areas and not others.. It also didn't cover all of my grays and the he ones it did were completely gray again from roots to tips with in 2 weeks of coloring each time.. Also never seemed to have enough color to completely cover my hair because of the length and thickness. I was told I would have 2 bottles per shipment and complete 100% guaranteed gray coverage. This product may be good for average length and non grayibg hair but it did not live up to the promises told to me or the hype... The only time I had multi deminsions and shine was when it was fading in several areas and I used BioSilk on it.. Also the shampoo that you offer isn't very good for extended use and for the size of the bottle not a great deal.. I found Nexxus of that's 4 times the amount for the same price or less and is so much better for my hair.. I will say that your customer setvice is 5 stars! When your company charged me and shipped a order to my old address I called and you guys immediately refunded me and promptly changed my address in your system. I had already changed it online but apparently it didn't save or get transferred to the shipping department but the lady I spoke to was more than friendly and helpful.. I've never had a nicer and smoother interact from CS from online sales... keep that up and maybe inprove your product some and you've got a goldmine!! WASTE OF $$$ An I feel like I was suckeredthis was the most disgusting experience ever!!!1 the color stuck to my hair like glue and would absolutely not rinse out. I ended up have to use shampoo several times in order to be presentable. It looked like I had stuck my head in a vat of motor oil. gross... so I am sure that washing it lead to the color not staying but for about two weeks, if that... I am so upset that I wasted my money and that it was not made clear to me that when you order, you are enrolled in recurring shipments, so now not only did I waste one round now it is double my money wasted.... Not SureHi, I am not sure about the color. It's still not what I really had in mind. But given the options when I select the color, I don't know how to define it. It feels a little dull red.
