SERIOUSLY!?!?!I've been coloring my hair for AT LEAST 27 years, and have gotten better results with a box dye. What a disappoint!!! The grey still showing, blah coloring, and I asked for a dark golden blonde...Ended up with a light/medium brown... VERY DISAPPOINTING.... Nice hair colorMy color was adjusted because the prior color was more red than I wanted. This color is nice, but I wish eSalon could provide a color in between what I had, and the new recipe. Apparently they have limits on the proportions of each shade they offer. I may just order one of each and mix them myself to get what I want but I do not understand why they can't do that themselves. Dull colorI tried several times to get my color right but, it never changed. I wanted a nice chocolate with a hint of some red. I really like a mahogany color. It came out drab. I also ordered the gloss and all that was, was another color with 20 volume developer. my hair is completely dried out from it. This is my last order from e-salon.
