Better and yet notLet me begin with this....I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT but more than that I ADORE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am still havenjoy to have some tweaking done with color and coverage. The gray on temple and front hairline still don't seem to stay dark but better than first few. My other concern is that it being a more Golden color vs the red chocolate brown color I prefer. When first colored it has a deepness to it but it lightens quickly and to a a golden color. I know while continuing it will become the rich chocolate brown I am wanting. Unhappy with productThe color just wasn't for me. It was brassy and after a few shampoos it was orangish in color. I was sent an email stating that my credit is about to expire and I would like my money refunded to the address in which the color was shipped. Expected colorHmm, sad to write this review. My before hair color was dark brown and I wanted to get entirely copper colored hair from Esalon. The package and instructions came very professionally and i followed every details to how to color my hair. The result was I did not get copper colored hair and my previous color more likely to dominated on my hair. Not bad...The color was fine and the process was easy but my hair needs more than an all-over color so it just wasn't right for me.
