I asked for Golden Brown, not Raven BlackI've tried multiple at home hair kits to cover my grays. I have dark hair and they all turn out the same way; turn my hair the darkest color possible. Terrible Grey CoverageYour color does not cover grey. I actually get better color and grey coverage from a drug store bought kit. I let you replace the color and it only slightly improved. Adding more Ash tones to my color.I believe the only way to get more toward Ash is to make a jump in that direction rather than little bumps in that direction. I don't know where my next shipment will end up colorwise but would like to see much more ash and cream. I love the product though.
