Not what I wantedMy hair is RED! :( I have been really busy with unexpected family events going on and just got a chance to do my hair and it is not medium brown mahogany at all it is full blown RED! Too darkMy hair came out almost black this time. I thought last time it was almost to the ash tint. Please fix it back to my first order I like it that color the best so far. Wouldn't sell me the right colorAfter a few months of using esalon, I had to have my hair stripped due to ashy residue from the color. I requested a change; they never responded. I kept using the color I had on hand, had my hair professionally lightened again, and a LICENSED stylist helped me select the correct color. Esalon REFUSED to sell me the requested color. Tried it outThe color match was great. The process/ instructions were good, no problem doing it exactly as directed. However, the end result was disappointing - none of the shine and good feeling of my hair color experience when it is done in a salon. my recent haircolorthe hair color just did not turn out like I thought it would and it did not stay on covering my gray hair for very long. I had my friend, a salon stylist, help me apply the color because I had a bruised rib and she was very curious about your product and we both wanted to make sure it was done properly. I am so disapointed that it did not work for me because I was so excited about it. Do I still get a refund for trying it? I am truly heartsick about it not coloring my hair like I was expecting; I was so sure it would be my next saving grace. I am just planning to stay with what I have been using. Smells terribleI used Madison Reed Color service online. Their color didnt damage my hair at all. After I used esalon color (dark brown) my hair was so damage. It's smells terrible, like a box color for $3 from the store. And I couldnt color my long hair as fast as it required. It was hard to wash it off. Now Prons: love the shampoo and condi, smells great.
