Not enough colorThere was not enough product to color my whole head. I followed the instructions to a t and my hair was distinctly two different colors because my hair had faded so much since the last color. Also, I had requested a slight color change and have not been notified that the color was ever changed. I would like to see more coppery red added to the color. It doesn't last - I don't like itI've used this product twice now and twice my hair has gotten lighter. I've asked for it to be darker and it was in the beginning, but I think this is not a permanent product because my hair has gotten lighter and lighter. Great match, faded to graySuper easy process and perfect color match!! The application was easy and I'm happy with the result. Unfortunately, the color "rinsed" off of the gray strands after a week of washing. It coverered initially, but without lasting results I can't say whether or not I'll order again. ExperimentingMy first order I thought was too dark so I asked to have the next order lightened a slight bit. I find that the revised color seemed to fade faster than the first order (which I didn't like because it was too dark). So I'm contemplating what changes if any to make to my next order.
