DissapointedI think the product itself is good and gentle to my hair. I really would like to love this product and the convenience of home delivery. BUT they did not get my color right. And that is so dissapointing as I sent pictures of my hair for them to match it as I only need to touch up my roots but need to blend with the rest of my already colored hair which was lighter. Instead they sent me a color so dark that not even 5 minutes on my hair my roots where turning black and had to washed it out. Washing it bled thru the rest of my hair and ruined my highlights. Which I specifically put on my notes when I ordered that I have blond highlights. Now my hair is black and after emailing esalon on what happened, their recommendation... to go to a professional salon if I wanted it lightened. Really? Love the colorI finally found a good color that I love, it totally covered all my gray the only problem was it did make my hair straw like as I washed it out but the conditioner which I didn't have enough of made the hair that I put it in soft but what I couldn't get the conditioner in feels a little sticky now that it's dry. I would recommend sending more conditioner for people with longer hair. This is definately salon grade because when I think about it every time I go to the salon after she rinses out my hair she puts in a leave in conditioner for about 5 minutes. Just okayI am still trying to figure out what is going on with my hair color. We started with the "dark blonde" color which made my hair red. The color correction sent, made my hair a metallic copper. The "devoted to hue" product toned down the metallic tint but still a bit copper. So for this months color application to my roots, they sent a "light drown". The kit did not include a brush so I used an old toothbrush. This color application didn't cause me to gasp when I got it applied then dried, so I guess we are making an improvement. I'm just still very confused and disappointed as my hair is very far from the original color we talked about when I started this journey. Every application feels like I'm spinning a roulette wheel with no control of the outcome. But I can't just stop because my hair is so very far from any color it's every been. Not so happyI have been using this product for a year. The last three times it has not completely coveref my gray. I thought at first i was missing those areas so i had my daughter help me still not all covered this time my husband did it and my hair was saturated even left on 5 minutes longer. Don't likeThis is my first order. And I'm not happy with my color 7.04. I thought it would on the blonde/brown side of color. I had blonde highlights with a aurburn color.
