Cancelled My ColorThis is only my second time using esalon to color my hair and I am now cancelling my auto renewal because my skin really broke out after using the most recent batch they sent me. Not what it soldThis hair product was not at all what I wanted, or expected. It was not easy for one person to use. The color distribution was difficult because the product was much more runny than I'd anticipated. Even with the greatest of care, dye dripped onto the cape, and subsequently ran down until it reached the floor. The color did not look how I wanted when I finished. DisappointingMy hair is naturally dark brown. I ordered a copper hair colour. I spoke to an esalon representative and sent a photo through as requested. The lady recommended opting for brown/copper to ensuere that the colour looks natural and is suitable for my current hair colour (i.e since the hair is dark there is no point hoping for a intense copper). Well... the colour has arrived... and now my hair is completely black! Not even a hue of copper or brown for that matter... I hate it, much prefereed the natural brown look i had before. Not Crazy About ItThe color matched perfectly, it really did . But after applying it, rinsing, using the enclosed shampoo and conditioner ( so many things in the box! 🙂), my hair was limp and lifeless. After a few days, I washed my hair again , hoping that it was, perhaps , the shampoo.... but my hair has remained completely flat and limp. Unfortunately, the color is already leaving the gray areas of my hair. I was really hoping this would be the answer to spending 85.00 every few months to color my hair. Not for me at allI've tried twice with this product. The first time the colour was brassy, so it was adjusted by e-salon. Tried again, very carefully, brushed it on, followed instructions to the letter. It looks patchy as though it's 'taken' in some areas and not others. As for the colour - it looks like cheap drugstore burgandy. See photo. I hate it. Two days later I've checked the colour I ordered as I changed it after the first application which was a bit brassy but a better colour. I asked for the brassiness to be toned down and the colour I ordered was a golden brown. So I'm even more surprised that the colour on my head is so dark and what my Mancunian friends call 'Bus-stop-Burgandy,' that cold almost purply shade that shouts: 'I used a box of cheap colourant!' And no I didn't leave it on too long and I applied it with great care. Grrrr. I am now going to the hairdresser and will have to spend a fortune to fix this disaster. So upset. Very disappointingTook ages to arrive and was not at all what I ordered or expected.thick uneven colour,far too dark in some places.horrible gloopy conditioner supplied,had to wash my hair twice to get rid of it. I was sent a color with the wrong undertoneAfter turning my hair orange and giving me hot roots last month I carefully detailed in a series of emails how I wanted my hair to look the following month. I was sent exactly the undertone I asked not to receive and my color was horribly unflattering. I then called someone and spoke with them trying to resolve the issue but my hair is now damaged and I've been sent colors that are clearly not mixed for me over and over again and not to my specifications ( i.e. "I would like this medium golden brown slightly more golden" and then being sent light golden brown. ) 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
