Cancel subscriptionI enjoyed your products but ended up looking like s calico cat with the last coloring of my hair...dark in some spots ...red in others...I colored my hair (it's light brown ) and my boss asked me if I was going for the red head look. I am trying to get my wife to try and use your product6993455 SHIP DATE MARCH 24, 2017 CARRIER USPS I am trying to get my wife to try and use your product. Hence I placed the initial order. She has not yet used the product. I was going to find out from you what the shelf life would be. She has not said no to trying the product...... in the meantime you I just got notice that you have shipped another order on 03/24/17. I did not ask for another delivery... I think your product is good and hoping that she might be a customer in the future.. But I definitely do not want this new shipment made on 03/24/17. I would like to return it... Hair ColorI loved the box a simplicity of the products coming to my door. Was also really happy with the color I received. I also used the color safe shampoo and conditioner. Custom Color-faded quicklyFirst of all since there were two different colors for roots and ends, it was impossible for me to do it myself which defeats the purpose of not going to a salon and saving money.
