Custom Color for Brown/Auburn HaircolorI liked the box with the instructions and stickers,. The hair color was perfect for a week or two and then the greys began to show as with any color that I can pick up at any retail store!!! So I must say I was not impressed with the color lasting any longer than any other brand of color. Doesn't wash out easilyI like the idea of the product, the customer service is really great and I'll keep a box for the occasion time I can't get over to the salon. My issue came with the product when it was time to wash it out of my hair. It had a strange plasticizing effect near my scalp and was very difficult to wash out, with several shampoos needed before I felt comfortable. I wondered if I had left it on too long and so I was even more careful with directions and time during my next color cycle. The exact same thing happened. It didn't seem to do any damage but it was alarming and made me slightly distrust the product. I asked a couple professional colorists if this was common with certain types of color and the said no. I also asked for "more red, a little brighter" on my second try but my coworkers said my hair was more brown than normal. The color was nice, just not what I had asked for. Will not order again and am requesting a refundI thought I would give e-salon another try. Very big mistake. 1. it did not cover the grey hair well at all. 2. The color caked up on my scalp in area and needed to rewash my hair several times-even then there is still some residue. 3. And most importantly, it cause a lot of excessive hairloss. color and shampooDid not like this product. Limp hair after use and color not as I had asked in original order. I asked for more violet. I use Vidal Sassoon and have for a year and love it. The shampoo is no better. I use Kenra and have for a few years and love it. Cancel my orders and refund my money. Colour disaster!I requested a vivid red colour and now have very BROWN hair. I have coloured my hair red for over 20 years and have never been so disappointed in a product. Custom colour?????
