Good and not soThe order and shipping process was quick and easy. However, after following the enclosed instructions I ended up with orange hair with more noticeable grays. Something is differentI don't know what was different, but the solution burned/stung my skin on my head. The feel against my skin was also different. I think my colored has been the same. Gummy residueI wanted to love this but it's really a problem. Application was easy enough but removing this product from my scalp has been impossible. There is this gelatinous film on my scalp that despite scrubbing my head it doesn't want to come off. In addition my hair feels like it is coated in wax. Literally this gelatin like substance is not coming off my head despite trying for almost an hour. This is a mess and I don't know what to do. I would like my subscription canceled and my money refunded. I'd also love to know how to get this disgusting residue off my scalp and out of my hair. Wouldn't re orderI ordered a red/auburn colour - it came out as dark brown. Colour stained my skin ( colour remover wipe didn't work) and my bathroom. After following all instructions carefully (& using the shampoo & conditioner provided) my hair was left feeling awful - dry, tangled & clumped together. Made my hair very greasy and cant wash it outOrdered soft blue black but there is no even hint of blue. That is not worst thing tho. I followed instructions and when washed, I was massage until hair colour felt creamy. i start washing and washing and its stuck like glue. Finally water runs completely clear but my hair is still feeling like someone is poured glue on my head. I washed shampoo and used conditioner. Let hair dried naturally but it looks very greasy, this has never happened before with any hair colour. I hope this is not going to ruin my hair completely. Smell was overwhelming, product harshNot for me. The smell made my eyes water despite all windows open. I found the application process faffy. The product burnt my scalp and made it painfully prickle during application . My hair, which is fine and quite thin, has been terribly dry since application, the instructions were followed to the letter. DisappointedI really like the site, I think the whole idea behind it is awesome. However, the color I got ended up being almost the same color as my hair with a hint of copper to it. I wanted to go a bit lighter. It's definitely not lighter, it's actually a bit darker since it took out my natural highlights. Thick oily residue and color not consistentI tried three times. They adjusted the color the second time and the third one has a blue gray tinge. I thought the shampoo and conditioner were causing the thick oily residue that would not wah out with three washings so I tried it without using the shampoo and vonditioner and it is so thick my hair will not dry all the way after washing it twice. I don't want to dry it out like I did last time by washing with dawn dishwashing liquid so I am letting it wear off, keeping my hair in a bun.
