Poor customer serviceI tried the product 3 times. Burned my head 3 times and turned my roots orange. When I sent the info to the colorist, I was told I was not applying it correctly, but that they would make some changes with the next shipment. Nothing appeared to change with that shipment. It did not cover all the grays and my grays were showing well prior to the next shipment. I have dyed my hair with home color that lasted longer and colored my hair uniformly at a much cheaper price. I also requested to go lighter and was told that was not possible. Coloring was fine. Color was wrong.The product applied fine and was easy to use, but the final color was too dark. My natural color is a very light Swedish blonde, but even after my communication with the colorist indicating I wanted to go lighter, my final color was darker than what I had. Made my hair very stickyI really love the color of my hair but I have never had a hair color make my hair feel sticky. I don't know what to do to make it feel soft. DisappointedIt had a very harsh smell while mixing the stuff together, while trying to wash it out in the shower it was very stiff and very hard to wash out my hair is still hard and stiff and I had to use my fingernails to scrape up the stuff off my scalp I'm very unsatisfied. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Okay for first timeThe color came out pretty nice near the ends but my roots - halfway through came out more red brown/brassy that I had wanted since I originally wanted a medium ash brown. I am a bit disappointedI am a bit disappointed with the product as when I wash my hair the blackness of the colour is still there even after 5 weeks, root of my hair is also black which means when I touch my hair my nails are getting black for the first 4 weeks, is not very pleasant feeling! They have changed the colour of my next order and I hope that would change the result for the next time.
