Drug Store Color/Salon PricingSo disappointing to try this color and have it be nothing as described. I purchased it to have the brassy tones blended out and ended up with the same pre color only deeper than I started with. I even had my hairstylist apply it so it would be correctly applied. it was ok at firstmy hair became damaged, i used your shampoo and canditioner and leave in conditioner right from the start, but my hair became brittle. the worst that happened is I went swimming in salt water one time color was 80% gone.. really not happy 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Horrible....After following the directions to the letter, I rinsed and rinsed and rinsed until the water was clear. ..or so I thought. Used the sad dollop of shampoo and conditioner as instructed and it was like the conditioner would not wash out. Not as expected, quick fadeI wanted to match my highlighted ends to my naturally darker roots. My color ended up with an auburn hue, which I did not want or like. The color began fading within the first week. I loved the packaging, instructions, and helpful personnel.
