Unhappy customer- BAD MIX!The first two mix were fine no problem with the hair color. The last mix was awful. After trying to rinse the application out of my hair the product did not come off. It turned muddy and sticky. It felt like muddy wax in my hair. I couldn't comb or brush my hair. I was humiliated because I had to go to work the next day. I couldn't get this product out of my hair. The next day on my lunch break I went to a salon near my work and paid for them to wash my hair ( costing me another $20.00) and it got some of it off but It was still in my hair. It took about four to five days to really get this product out. I did talk to one of your representative and they did credit my account for the hair dye but couldn't credit me for the salon wash. The representative did say it was a bad mix. I am really afraid to try your hair dye again so I will be discontinue my order with you. This has cost me time and money and emotional stress. Turned my roots orange a second timeWhen I signed up I downloaded a picture and told them my roots always turn orange with any processing and the formula needs to be adjusted for that. First coloring, orange roots. Reformulation, still orange roots. I was doing as better job coloring myself from Sally's I did not have orange roots. I tried this service for the convenience of not having to mix my own color but it almost ruined my hair. Back to Sally's. Hair color/coverageI like the color of my hair after dying, however, I don't like how my grey hair along my part is brassy/orange. It also doesn't cover my grey for more than 1- 1/2 weeks definitely no more than 2. But I do like the overall color. This has been the best of all of my changes, but still not flawless. Never received orderThe tracking area said it was delivered April 20, 2017 to my mailbox - but I don't even have a mailbox! I have a slot in the door. It was not left on my porch or in my screen door. I am very disappointed as I really wanted to try this product out.
