Gray coverageI was under the impression that it would cover my gray hair. I don't have very much gray so I didn't think this would be an issue. Once I was out of the shower, the gray hair was still visible. I am not happy with how my color turned out at all. color darker than expected, product hard to remove from hairThe color is darker than expected. supposed to be light golden brown, on hair looks like dark 'golden' brown. very difficult to get product out of hair. felt very slimy and although shampooed twice, hair still kept the slimy feeling. HORRIBLE PRODUCT, NO REFUNDS, KEEPS BILLINGI have colored my hair for 22 years with L'Oreal Excellance. I even use their Age perfect, but they don't have a reddish blonde color to cover my gray. Gave this product a try, BIG MISTAKE !!! The color didn't cover properly, and for the first time in 22 years of coloring I had hair that felt DRY & BRITTLE. I have tried for months to get a refund but they just keep sending this inferior product and keep billing me. DO NOT BUY THIS !!! They take your money and send you CRAP !!!
