Not for meWhen I first signed up for this site and original hair color I loved it, but stopped using this product and had professional doing my hair for several months and it got spendy so decided I'd try this again, but this time it never seems to get my roots and I keep trying thinking I have done something wrong. I should have canceled the first time instead of trying a few more times with same results each time and roots just won't take the dye. Also, i can't seem to ever wash it out of my hair. Love color, Dislike rinsing processI've been a customer of your hair color product for several years and have always been satisfied with the custom hair color I've received, as well as the better condition feel of my hair compared to previous products I've used. There is one issue that I've yet to resolve successfully - upon each initial application, I've experienced difficulty in rinsing the color out of my hair and scalp. Globs of hair color stick to my scalp so that I have to use my nails to scratch it out, even after I've used your shampoo to rinse out the color. I've just spend about 15-20 minutes today trying to rinse the color out and I still feel there is residue still sticking to my scalp and hair. Help! Do others experience this too? Too darkNot really happy with colour. I look and feel like it is too brown for me and not close enough to my natural colour. The roots are too dark.
