Too DarkI liked the way the hair made my hair feel, but it was too dark. The hair dye that was assigned to me made my hair several shades darker than my hair color. The first time I requested to have the shade changed to a lighter color, I was advised that it was not possible for me to get a lighter color. Instead I was given instruction of how to dye my hair. The second time I requested for a color adjustment to a lighter shade, I received no response to my request from eSalon. This one is a "miss"!The latest color (I had asked for something slightly darker) has no dimension to it at all. In addition, I had to rewash my hair three times to get all of the product out.
