Color made my head itch.I have used this color for two years. My color was updated several times. For the last 3 times I used it, my scalp would itch and feel raw for at least a week. Not impressedI ordered a cool dark blonde for my medium brown hair. After dying it, they looked pretty the same, beside brassier tones. (wich I'm not a fan!) Great color, but 1 big issueThe custom color shade was good. The big issue for me was the way my hair felt after coloring. I followed the instructions down to the last letter-but it left my hair feeling over processed and damaged. My hair usually feels especially silky and looking great after coloring it.
