My package never cameOkay it's on the 5th day asking United state post office to delivery my item. They keep giving me confirmation for redelivery still not here!! I was patience but now getting super frustrated. I want to order volume shampoo and conditioner but I'm have problems getting this hair dye. Been on hold for 20 mins now. They need update their freaking shipping. Too BrassyI specifically asked my colorist to formulate hair color for me that would not result in brassiness. This product actually results in more brassiness than the drug store brands. Thinned out my hair and faded too fastMy grays came out after 2nd wash and the Color gloss faded on 2nd wash. I use sulfate and parabans free products. My hair also thinned out after coloring.
