Not impressed, can't stop order despite cancellingToo drying, strong smell, worse than drugstore product at a higher price. Too Dark!!!I am 60 years old, I don't want my hair to be as black as Elvis and my first shipment was too, too dark. I typed a message and asked for the second shipping of the color to be a lighter brown with blonde highlights if possible, and no red. Great color, doesn't cover grayI love color and the way the product makes my hair feel, but I'll probably need to be canceling my subscription. The color doesn't cover stubborn gray on my hairline in particular and when I complained about it I was told to darken the color. Well, I don't want a darker color, just something to cover the gray as I used to be able to do with Wella or with my stylist. Wish this had worked out and that the answer to my question was something better than change your color to cover gray!
