Horrible and artificialMy color came out nothing like what was indicated. My previously dyed color is just a step lighter/brighter than natural so I thought I would try maintaining it at home - what a mistake! SO disappointedI was hoping to give up the expensive salon trips and do my own color at home. I had recently transitioned from single process to balayage and loved the results. I didn't love the grey hairs so I figured I would give esalon a go. I hate the color they formulated and the greys are still visible. Great idea but yucky productThe idea of this company is great but this actual product is gross. It's thick and chucky, hard to rinse out.
