Unhappy :(Hello, I am so unhappy with the results this time!! It's not my first time. Poor directionsI finally had a chance to color my hair, it took a while because I hurt my right shoulder and can't lift my arm over my head. Anyway, this is the 3rd time using your product and I am just not impressed. I go step by step per the instructions and I am not liking the results. Not covering my gray, and I had over 1/2 the bottle left over and trust me I did exactly as the instructions said, though It did not mention anything about applying the color to the bulk of my hair, only the ends and roots and I used some in the shower as, again, instructed. Not very goodWas very disappointed in the product. Used it the first time by myself, followed directions & wasn't happy with the outcome. Lasted very short length of time. Thought it was something I did incorrectly so I took it to my hairdresser & had her apply it. Was just as disappointed then also. Color didn't even last 4 weeks--red was totally gone & the gray was back and very prominent. Wrong color!!I sent a picture of my dirty blonde hair with blonde highlights to the colorist. They send me light brown. I figured they knew what they were doing. They did not. I now have brown roots and blonde hair! Help! Love the color, BUT there is a BIG problemI have received 4 orders so far and I have the same problem with each. The color is gummy and will not wash out easily. I have to wash my hair 4 or 5 times to get it to feel clean! I have read other reviews that state the same problem, so it is not just me. Great color, horrible waxy residueI've used it twice now and the first time I thought I had a waxy residue left on my hair from the stain guard. I went ahead and tried it again with out the stain guard and still after washing my hair THREE times, am left with a thick waxy substance on my hair and scalp. I want to love this product because the color is spot on but I just can't.
