Ehhhh...I don't find your product much better than the stuff that I can get at a grocery store. On top of that, you are not flexible with the quantities you sell. You just sell the full boxes. I would perhaps continue purchasing the product if you would sell kits to just touch up the roots. All in all it has not been a very satisfying experience whatsoever. It is important to ventilate the room before using bleach on any stains in your bathroom. Dilute the bleach with water and dab the solution with a sponge or cloth to remove stains from surfaces. Love the color, but....This is the second time I have tried this product. love the color, how long it lasts and how it covers my greys. However, I can’t get the product to rinse out of my hair even after several shampoos. It feels like a rubber texture on my hands and there is a leftover film on my hair. Too DarkI like your product it covers very well we just don't have the color right yet. Still too dark, a little too much mahogany. I am 70 years old and my roots are now white, so they show immediately, and it seems too dark for my age. Needs to be a little more auburn but not mahogany. Will keep trying, thanks. Too lightI received the soft blue black color and unfortunately it was lighter than I expected. My hair looks like a dark brown tone rather than soft blue black. The shampoo and conditioner were not to my liking either as they had very little lather and my hair did not feel clean. UndecidedThe color is very nice but there wasnt enough color. My hair is shoulder length and thick which i mentioned. I usually by 2 boxes . i do have grey in the front not alot but it didnt cover it very well. I was happy though that i didnt get the hot roots. I would try it again. Color is way too dark.Followed the instructions in the box and first the colors were off. My roots are pretty red and the ends where I applied the second bottle they told me tobuse for my ends turned really dark almost black. not the color I was expecting/shippingWhen I dyed my hair I was expecting a color close to what I ordered. I understand it usually comes out a little darker then I wanted. Well, mine turned out almost black and my tips have a blue hue to it which was not at all what I expected. Then my mom and I ordered ours on the same day and I received mine right away.
