Color fadedI had such high hopes for this product. I chose medium brown and although the color was lovely in the beginning, it began to fade after the second shampoo, even though I used the color shampoo and conditioner that was provided in the kit. Didn’t like the productsColor continuously way darker than desired. Makes my hair feel horrible, dried out and snarly. I asked for lighter, when done, my hair was almost black again.The first order I got was insanely red. I couldn't use it. You guys were happy to send a replacement package at no extra charge, which I appreciate, but the replacement was super dark. Roots faded too quickly and were too red.Color of length of hair was perfect. Roots were too red and worsened as the days passed. Two weeks after applying color, too much gray is showing at the roots.
