Hair feels horribleI really do not like how my hair feels after using the product. I issued the shampoo and conditioner supplied and it just feels awful. It almost feels like damaged hair and it dried dry and like their is product still on it. I have used home dyes before so know how to completely remove all trace of dye. The colour is a little brassy at the roots which has also disappointed me as especially mentioned that I needed to avoid that so deliberately chose an Ash colour. No where near my desired colorI was so excited to see a site that customizes my own hair dye...but when I colored my hair it came out so much darker than what I had wanted. Same colorI wanted a lighter color than I had, but when I finished, it was literally the same color as my hair, and I followed the color/step by step set-up.
