Severe Chemical BurnsDidn't use right away, waited til my hair needed coloring, which means I still have 2 unopened shipments. Unfortunately I loved this color, but got severe chemical burns from it. I tried to make arrangements to return my other unopened shipments, but was told they are not eligible, even though I got a severe reaction from it. Half in love.I really do like the simplicity of this process and how I was able to apply myself. I am in love with the color chosen for me but I have one big problem with the results- my grays are still gray! I applied on them first, per the instructions. I don't have many but the placement of the ones I do have are visable with my hair up or down. One of the main reasons I wanted to change things up was to cover the grays. Wrong color, drying, and not enoughI specifically told them I hate violet reds and always use orange reds to color my hair. They sent me a violet red. I went ahead and used the kit because I was out of time and out of options and I figured: a color I don’t love is better than the grown out mess I have. WRONG! I ran out of color with 1/4 of my hair left to go. Half of my head is shaved and I ran out of color. I chose the longest hair option you can choose, knowing how much hair I have, and I still ran out of color. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Terrible experienceThe first time I ordered my hair color, I followed their directions, when I went to wash out the dye, spots wouldn't come off leaving my scalp and hair sticky and dye coming off on my hands from me running my hands through it. I chalked it up as not scrubbing enough, I had long nails at the time and didn't want to break them. So, I jumped back into the shower with a scrub brush and scrubbed the shit outta my scalp. Didn't help. Over time as the dye faded and my hair grew, it worked itself out. The color turned out great and my hair was shiny and felt healthy so I ordered from them again. Dyed my hair yesterday, this time, my nails are short so I was able to scrub my scalp real good to get the dye out. As I'm relaxing I notice what happened last time, dye was stuck to my scalp and hair again, this time much worse. So jump in the shower and scrub with a brush and brought a comb with. Nothing. This stuff does not come off! I've been in the shower three times trying to scrub this hair dye out. I scrubbed so hard my scalp was bleeding. After doing this over an hour sobbing from hurt and frustration, I gave up. Never again with I put myself through this bullshit! I've never had this issue with box dye. I'll also fork out over 100 bucks going to an actual salon so I don't have to go through this again. I'm stuck with sticky nasty hair and my scalp hurts. Nothing intense about itI was excited to try my new colour as I loved the idea of this. I am honestly so disappointed with the result. Intense copper i asked for is a boring Auburn. Nice shiny Auburn but there is not a hint of intense anything. In fact I get better results from a £4 or £5 box dye. Really hoped to be happy with this colour but unfortunately this will be the one and only purchase for me.
