My hair is wrecked for the next two plus weeksI used my first kit from e-salons and was very happy with the results. I just used my second kit and the results were shocking and horrible! I'm just waiting it out to fix the damage to my hair. I have cancelled any further products from this company and I am sure they will not refund me for the disaster of the recent product I used. Love the productsLove the products. Only thing I didn't like is that I haven't got to the intense red that I'm really looking for. Sent pics in made the adjustments with the team. Will try again this go around.. More brassy color than I want. I want real bright intense red. It's more of a Dr pepper color. Not satisfied at allHey, the color for my roots should be a brownish red but my roots that are white turned yellow. My hair dried out n feel like straw, I’m using olive oil to hydrate. ColorI changed my color last month and y'all sent the exact same color that I've had twice and I do not like that color and I've called you change it and it still doesn't get change so.
