i was very unhappy with the color.I wanted a light strawberry blonde and I received a reddish mahogoney color. I am very unhappy. Maybe I wasn't correct in my choice but still very unhappy. i will use a medium blonde in 2 weeks to see if I can soften the color., if not I will go to a professional salon. Did not cover gray's at allFirst, there's seems to be alot of steps for this product. It smells, i would suggest adding a fragrance. I followed directions thoroughly because I wanted to make sure my grays were covered. However it did not do a thing. The next day I found even more grays. Will not reorder, disappointed. You got it wrongMy name on the parcel My name on the bottle Only after I had done my hair and it looked too dark did I check and the made for sheet is for someone else!! Mine should have been lightest blonde but now it’s dark blonde/light brown and god forbid if the other girl got mine. I’m fuming.
