A little disappointedI thought it would be more red. I have very thin hair and it didn't do well with the darker hair underneath. It started washing out in just a few weeks. Too brassyI’m not impressed with my hair. My roots are brassy and don’t match my blonde highlights. I followed your step by step guide, but still it is orange and not blonde. Not what I expectedThe colour I got was quite brassy and I had specifically asked for ash tones. I ordered a colour from E Salon to try and did NOT realise that I would be getting another colour sent to me un-requested a month or so later! Upon contacting the company I was told that I had agreed to this (don't know when or How ??) but could return the unwanted colour for a refund, Unfortunately I had to pay the return P&P so was out of pocket! I found the whole E Salon experience unsatisfactory. BEWARE when you are ordering the first time that you don't subsequently find you will be getting a regular Hair colour and the price on the 2nd and subsequent orders is £23.95!!!
