not totally hookedpretty messy process so be prepared. The color burns a little for me though it didn't with spot testing. I have very baby fine hair and usually in the salon every few weeks for color and trim. This cuts down and makes color affordable which I love. I am not pleased with this service at all!!!! Cannot get them to stop sending!!!I have contacted them multiple times to stop the service due to the color being incorrect and I didn't feel like it held up well. After multiple emails and charged yet again and probably 4 colors in the trash unused I am still being charged!!!! And still NO response. Great colour but with downfallsI tried this for a few months but after tweaking it a few times it still didn't give the result I wanted. Dried my hair outUnfortunately I didn’t like how the dye dried my hair out. Also the dye did not last as long as I would like to have had it last. The Color is to darkAfter I asked eSalon to adjust to lighter color, i received the order. The quality of the Color is Great. Great grey cover and Long lasting.
