Ich könnte heulenIch hatte mir eine Farbe mit Gold- und Kupferanteilen rausgesucht. Ein warmes, herbstliches Schokoladenbraun soll es werden - habe ich extra nochmal geschrieben. Meine Farbe wurde von eSalon geändert und ich habe denen vertraut. Und geworden ist es Schokolade, ja sicher: Mit 90% Kakaoanteil! Pechschwarz, null goldene Reflexe sondern eher bläulich, so dass ich bleich und krank wirke. Ich bin so so traurig!!! Das war mein erstes Mal färben und eine einzige Enttäuschung. Did exact opposite of what I askedI had a medium blonde hair and haven’t dyed them for about 10 years. Since I started to spot some greys I wanted to brighten my hair a tone of two. After the initial consultation e-salon suggested 7.0 - Dark blonde. It turned out really bad - much darker then my natural colour and with an awful red undertone. Not for grey coverageVery disappointed. I followed instructions to a “T”. No less than 2 days later, greys started reappearing and by day 3 they were fully back. The money and treatment were not worth the damage done to my hair by dyeing. Not enough Color for LONG hairI did not end up using this product. I feel I was ripped off. I indicated in my initial account set up that I have very long hair (21 inches root to tip to be exact). I received 1 bottle for my roots/re-growth (only 1 inch of my hair) and the second bottle is supposed to do the remaining 20 inches of hair. I know this will not be a sufficient amount of color as I have used 2+ boxes of color to do my whole head in the past and my current hair dresser uses 2.5x the amount of color she usually does for my head. I have tried to contact customer service/my colorist to see about getting a 2nd bottle of color for my ends with no success. The website is not user friendly and it is difficult to find answers (eg. will I receive enough color to color my whole head. As of right now I am cancelling my subscription.
