My Esalon ExperienceI ordered hair color from Esalon and was very excited to try it. The packaging was beautiful. I applied the color I had requested and it was at least 3 shades darker than I had wanted. It looked awful. It was supposed to be light ash blonde. It wasn’t. Real concern, NO REDReal concern, calked 3+× concerned my hair was too dark, Grey, black. Known to E-Salin it was two yrs since colored! Now upcoming order, plus some other items they've added Noone calked me about this. Two weeks, hair is red, GREY throughout & huge grey area on right side, top of hair. 2 weeks, that's it. This is my first time to color my own hair!This is my first time to color my own hair at home. Honestly, it wasn't easy nor hard. It took a lot of time though. Unfortunately, I didn't get the result I wanted. My hair has the same color as before. For my second shipment, I requested a lighter color this time and hopefully, it will work out the second time around. Oh, by the way, I love the free shampoo and conditioner.
