The Absolute Worst....Stay AwayMade an appointment, which was cancelled by the Hollywood store at the very last minute. The worst customer service, snotty, condescending, rude, and incompetent. Claimed their color mixing machine was broken. How laughable. Isn’t eSalon in the color business? Absolutely useless. Frustrated!I dont know why, but my hair color is so hard to rinse out. I spend 30 minutes in a warm shower than another 15 stucking my head under the faucet because the water is cold. I scrub and scrub with my hands and go through so much shampoo. I'm so frustrated! I used this a few years ago and had the same thing happen. I gave it one more shot hoping it was different, but darn it, it's the same thing. Custom Colour SetI have been using your product for a good few months now and yes I love it, but I have found that your formula changes quite often. initially, the product would give me a good 10 days coverage on my stubborn temple greys, lately, only the temple greys are visible after the first wash! During the colour process, the product used to make my hair feel almost elastic, so I KNEW it was working, but it no longer feels like that? Don't do it! They refused to follow thru with guarantee.The color did absolutely nothing to my hair. I may as well have colored it with Suave shampoo and a 🍋 lemon. Better than drug store haircolorDefinitely better than drugstore haircolor but could use some improvements. Still not perfect at covering resistant greys. Very drying if you are already struggling with dry, porous hair. Weekly toner treatments are still required to keep it from turning brassy after 3rd week. Also, gloves are too tight.
