Great color but...First...I want to say that the emails and ordering experience was great. The colorist I had helping me was very nice and honest about my color choice and the best way to go for my hair. The color is great! First day afterwards it looked very pretty...but it has now begun to fade and I thought for sure it would last longer. I have only been washing my hair about 2-3 times per week and following instructions to keep it vibrant but compared to store boxes it faded faster. Instructions very straight forward but color was unevenI loved the box with clear instructions and tools. Unfortunately , although I made sure to cover my entire head, roots to end, the color looks uneven. BadI called up explaining the desired colour even written clearly I wanted to achieved ash brown. I ended up waited for almost a week. Wasted my time and effort... I was shipped dark brown when I clearly explained. I need a refund asap. Really disappointed and I thought to call and check yet bad customer service. If you can’t achieved, it’s best to get in touch with your client not making own decision. I paid and its called custom made. I never selected dark brown!!!!!
