Ziemlich enttäuschtHabe Anfang Oktober meine dritte Bestellung erhalten. Nach der ersten Lieferung ( die Farbe war zwar für den ersten Moment ziemlich hell Rotkupfer,aber sonst Recht gut.) hatte ich um etwas mehr rot in der Farbmischung gebeten . Daraufhin wurde beim 2. Mal eine Farbe geliefert die einfach nur sehr viel dunkler war. So dunkel wollte ich meine Haare nicht tragen. Daraufhin bat ich darum,mir dann doch lieber wieder die Mischung der ersten Lieferung zu schicken. Das Ergebnis der dritten Färbung waren dann leider einfach nur dunkelbraune Haare bei denen nun auch der allerletzte rote Farbton verschwunden war. Ich habe das dann eSalon mitgeteilt und mein Abo gekündigt. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Great packaging, great instructions, poor follow up supportI received my first shipment from esalon and after following the instructions, the color I got was not a good fit for me at all. While I've been trying to get the next shipment updated to a new color, I am receiving canned email responses that indicate to me that my next color update is definitely not being "tailored to me." For example, I received a generic canned email about doing a strand test after I had sent an image showing how the color looked on me (and to show I'd been using the tinted rinse and that it hadn't worked that well).
