FrechheitIch habe leider zu spät gesehen , dass mir ohne Absprache eine andere Haarfarbe geschickt wurde. E-mail war im spamordner gelandet : wir glauben, dass der Farbton zu warm für sie ist " Bitte Was ???? Ich habe kein Foto hochgeladen und nach Empfehlung mich für eine Farbe entschieden, wie kommen Sie darauf mir einfach eine andere Farbe zu schicken ???? Leider ist diese schon auf meinem Kopf und mir kam es erst dann im Spiegel sehr komisch vor weswegen ich alle Mails nach dem Namen der Farbe durchforstet habe. Wenn man natürlich nicht als e-salon sondern als Freddy schreibt dass die Farbe einfach mal angepasst wird muss ich mich nicht wundern, dass es im Spam landet. Vielen Dank auch, Asch Töne stehen mir Aufgrund meiner sehr blassen Haut gar nicht, ich sehe jetzt aus wie eine Wasserleiche.
