poor qualityThis is terrible hair color. It doesn't cover even after leaving it on for 45 minutes. I have had the color reformulated twice -- still terrible. The first order I received was great but after that they have all been horrible. Maybe it's a trick to get a person hooked on the plan - send one good bottle and all the rest are junk. Don't waste your money! This is a terrible product. Now after spending 45 minutes coloring my hair I have to do it again to cover roots. What a joke. I wish I had never been so stupid as to purchase this product. Don't believe the ads - it's a terrible product. Color wasn't quite rightMy initial first order and the custom color set was a darker color than I preferred and I felt that the new hair color looked more strawberry blonde than the warm blonde I was looking for. They were great about correcting my color and sent me a new custom color for free. I really wanted a lighter blonde color, but doing that on already colored hair was not advised, and it was recommended that I try the highlight kit, so I added it to my order. When my next order arrived, I applied the base color and it still wasn't quite the color I wanted and I waited for a week to add the highlights. The Highlight color and application was just what I was looking for with the pop of blonde and it blended well with the base color. About a month later I went to my regular hair stylist for a cut and she was impressed with my highlights. I am very pleased with the color and look.
