Vraiment déçueJe suis vraiment déçue. Je n'ai pas reçu ma couleur en entier ! J'ai reçu deux étapes deux ! Dont une pas à mon nom ! J'ai donc une couleur inutilisable ! Jusque là ce n'est pas si grave. Mais malgré plusieurs messages, je n'ai aucune réponse du service ! L'erreur est humaine mais refuser de l'admettre et de proposer une solution est juste tellement décevant ! Bref je ne ferai plus appel aux services de ce site ! Disappointed by Esalon!I placed with Esalon, until now 29 orders consisting of 1 bottle of color and 1 bottle of conditioner. For these purchase, my bill was $31.99 which included free shipping. I was then satisfied with the products and with their prices. Suddenly this bill jumped to $40.49! I am disappointed. So, I am cancelling the purchase of the conditioner from this day forward. Had a few issues with this color setI’ve been using esalon for about two years now, and overall I’ve been very happy. The color always looks great, and I’ve been really loving the highlight set too. However, this last one did not go well. Firstly, the dye had a nasty fishy smell to it (a card in the box said there was a new formulation, so I’m guessing that’s why). Not a huge deal, but just kind of gross. My main problem however, is that when I washed the dye out of my roots at the end, it must have stained my highlights on the way out because they’re now almost completely covered up! I’ve touched up my roots with highlights a number of times before with no issues, so I’m guessing it might have something to do with the new color formulation as well. Worst then the restThis color was way off. Worst then the rest. My hair is more brown then ever. After 3 tries to get it right I give up ordering online. The color is drab] I ordered a blond with no golden colors in it but it's not the color that I wanted I have sent multiple messages and I'm still getting the same color I get light blonde with pearl I wanted more of a Platinum blonde I am not satisfied with the color that I'm getting if you could give me like a platinum blonde or something lighter with highlights I will keep ordering if you can't do that and I'm not trying to be hateful or sarcastic I don't want any more orders but I would like to give you another chance on a platinum blonde thank you 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
