Too Red instead of a soft blondeTried 2 times this time and getting redder, have the tints and nothing seems to take the red out. It’s a strawberry blonde now and dislike it very much. I will stop for now and pull the color out and add the color I need. But Thank you. It’s just not working, like it used to with the lightest blond. I have tried to explain but noticed no change. Too much REDI have been trying to change my hair to Medium Blonde (Ash). I have used the kits you sent me except for the highlights. I don't want to put blonde highlights over red hair. Did not cover the gray as I needed it to.Aside from the color being too light, which I assume eSalon can do, the color did NOT cover the gray. This is the reason why I started going to a salon years ago to get a better product that covered my stubborn gray as opposed to the L'Oreal or similar you can get at the grocery store.
