Never hit the markTried a few years ago and never got it right. Decided to give it another shot and still not there. I don’t like the way it makes my hair feel in comparison to other products and the color was never vibrant enough an always too dark. One its not RED enough ?????well always looking for the right color red which I've seen a lot in a lot of other girls and pictures and so on and so forth but the color that you had sent me the first time was not the color that I wanted now I think I had canceled it cuz I wasn't happy enough what the color which I find out that you had send me another shipment when I had canceled it I'm pretty sure I did and you had charged it to my account which I think that was not right so I'm hoping you take care of this situation??? and please do not take any further money out of my account please like I said I want you to cancel it and the shipment that has already been sent if you wanted I will send it back cuz like I said I was not pleased with the color thank you very much I appreciate you trying but it was not what I wanted?? 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Not covering grayI went with this product because I thought it would be less damage to hair and better gray coverage. I just did my hair last night and still have gray showing through. Changing my star reviewI bought this product as a temporary solution to going to a salon as I don't want to find a hair stylist in a temporary city we aren't staying in. I've been a customer for over a year now and just recently they must have changed the formula. My gray hairs are fading through before it comes time to recolor my roots. I'm going to give it one more shot to see if it was a fluke or if they have genuinely changed the product. Good product. But.....This is a good product and I like the way it didn’t dry out my hair like some of the other products I’ve used. However, I asked for my color to be auburn twice and even sent a picture and they kept sending me dark brown.
