Way too darkI have only used the first box (the 2nd one is still in my bathroom cabinet) and it was way too dark. I've been meaning to call/write to see if I can return the 2nd box (still in shipper). Please advise as to the process of trying to get a refund? I wouldn't use the shampoo and conditioner includedThe color isn't so bad, but the shampoo and conditioner left a tacky feeling in my hair which left it in clumps and very hard to style. I had to wash it again the next day. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Misleading Coloring ContentsLove the product, hate the customer service and misleading website. Made my first order in June and was very happy with the product. However, when my second shipment in July arrived it did not include the applicator brush. Which is shown on the website to be included with the order for all the price points. So I sent in a support ticket and didn't hear anything back for 2 weeks, so I put in another and got an email back saying that the coloring kit doesn't include the application brush. I sent them a picture of their website showing that it "includes all the tools you need" (which includes the application brush) and they said that is only with your first order, well it doesn't indicate that on their website. So, instead of dealing with a misleading website and subpar customer service, I am canceling my subscription.
