colour was completely offI ordered this and was excited to try it out. Answered all the questions, sent in a photo of my hair style/colour. It took a while to arrive and I finally tried it out. Immediately as it reacted on my hair I could tell it was way too dark. I washed it out after 15mins (reco time was 30) to avoid it getting too dark. The colour is so wrong. It's dark brown, almost black and I had requested a warm med brown. Also, the fumes almost made me pass out. I will never use this again or trust ordering it online. not the colour I wanted for the price it costI was looking for red colour, even spoke with a consultant on the phone and was assured this time it would be the fire red colour. it wasnt even close. Great initial coverage but second time it didn’t cover the grays.I was really pleased with the initial coverage. I chose a mahogany and it really covered my gray roots and highlights evenly.
