Poor coverageI just colored my hair and still have gray hair. I followed the directions step by step, yet as soon as I finished washing my hair, gray hair was seen. Poor resultThe application was incredibly laborious for a poor result. Colour looks incredibly unnatural and brassy in daylight. The root and tip application that was suggested has left me with barely any colour on my ends, and uneven colour. Despite following the instructions to the t and applying with a brush for even coverage. I also question how the dye differs from your standard box dye. Horrible customer serviceI canceled my plan back in october. They charged me in january and in march for 27 each. They apologized for the inconvenience but made me pay for their shipping that I didn't even order. The girl was rude talking over me saying "sorry there is nothing I can do for you" after I asked her multiple times to refund my money. Finally after raising my voice my money will be refunded in 3 days but still have to pay for the shipping. Very disappointedVery messy, you have two bottles of color, one for the roots and one for the ends. Hard to rinse out, left my hair feeling sticky even after 4 rinses. FadingI know it's normal for color to fade. However, I'm not really happy with the extreme fading for my all over color. I'm concerned that when I redo my roots, that my root area there is going to be an extreme color difference, between my all over color, with fresh root color??
