Pretty bad4 tries and 4 results that are far off the mark. First three kits (color to take warm blonde into copper) just sent toner, which did not color the hair. 4th attempt was darker red which I had hoped would be easier to deliver on. I now have crayon red roots and hair that looks like I washed it with koolaid. Didn’t lastWhile the color was beautiful and my hair was so soft and smelled great, the color wore off in 2 1/2 weeks. My roots came right through. Even the color shampoo didn’t help. Hair breakageNot good for fine Nordic hair. I've colored my hair about 3-4 times with this product and my hair has gotten thinner and very brittle from using this hair color - also the natural waves in my hair is almost obsolete. Severe damage to hair, lot of breakage and it is also less elastic than usual. Will take long before the damage is repaired and my hair is back to normal length and fullness. Still DarkI've never dyed my hair before so I did a strand test from a video I saw on youtube from esalon. I followed the instructions and my hair is still as dark as it was before. My hair is a dark brown and I wanted to dye it to ash pearl. I only rate this a two because my hair did feel a lot softer, but I am disappointed in the coloring. colour came out wrongI followed all the instructions and my hair was not as you promised. I have taken a before and after photo. All my brown that I spent ages (high salon costs of bleaching and recolouring) to get right is gone and a very unbecoming red has emerged after using your colour. I did not want red but dark brown. I send a picture of my colour and wanted my roots to be blended into the new colour. Now my roots are jetblack and the rest is red. DisappointingI received my color kit as expected. It’s just a box that mostly contains all the stuff every dye kit contains with one nice exception: there is a little tube of stuff you can put along your hairline to prevent dye stains. It worked very well. I read all the instructions carefully before I began and followed them all without exception but my color turned out badly. I chose an auburn color that wasn’t far from what I had already; it just needed to be refreshed and my grays covered. What I got was a vaguely orange color that didn’t even cover all the gray. Definitely won’t order againI was very specific about my hair colour the greys and what I was looking for. Instead they delved into every detail of my hair and ended up sending me a jet black which I was adamant I did not want. As a result of their specialists not listening I will never reorder again or use Esalon. Bad colourMy roots are soooooooo much lighter than the rest of my hair. Following the instructions my roots went super light, there were still greys that werent covered.
