DisapointedThe color was way off. Despite my pointing out in my initial order and 2 subsequent calls to tweak my color, that my hair pulled gold strongly, my color was extremely brassy. Don’t buy this product!Zero stars. They must have sent me a bad batch of peroxide because the dye dissolved the ends of my hair and it tangled so badly I had to cut six inches from my hair! My scalp burned as well. The product was sticky and hard to get out of my hair even after several shampoos. Save your hair and don’t order this horrible product. What BS to answer me “that one of your hair care specialist have worked with me” This is not true, no one helped me with anything. Concerned about packagingI like the results I get with this colour set, however is there a way you can reduce the amount of packaging used ??? especially the plastic, and 'plastic-feel paper instructions that I'm not sure I can recycle.
