Not what I thoughtThe color is much lighter then I thought it would be and it seems to be sporadic. The top is much lighter and the ends are much darker. No Offers after nearly 5 yearsHi I have just changed my address as I have moved house and realised I have been using this product for nearly 5 years and have never been given a discount or offer and it is actually now quite expensive compared to shop bought dyes. HORRIBLE ! LE COLORISTE N'A PAS DU TOUT RESPECTE L'AJUSTEMENT DE COULEUR DEMANDELe coloriste n'a pas du tout tenu compte de ma demande d'ajustement de couleur. J'avais demandé plus de rouge, moins de cuivré, et au lieu de cela, il a réduit le rouge et ajouté beaucoup d'acajou. Not good coverage for gray hairsUnfortunately it didn’t cover my grey hairs. They are all visible. Also the color isn’t unique in my whole hair.
