The undertones to the dark brown was too redI specifically explained my hair picks up a lot of red and wanted to make sure that didn't happen. I got the 20V dark brown/copper. Did not send enough product to color all my hair only rootsUsually when I go to the salon they do the roots first and then pull the color through the rest of my hair. First time using eSalonI received a call from esalon before the shipment, she gave me advice and we changed the color to a lighter shade also used a primer before the color as instructed. Hair too lightThe color that I received was too light. I had sent a photo but the colorist never called me to make any adjustments. I thought that was the purpose of using eSalon as a professional would look at the photo and make changes. No one contacted me. Asked for lighter, but sent darkerI specifically asked for lighter, but was sent darker. I specifically said I had zero gray hair, but the directions said”to color gray hair.” I specifically asked for a follow up email, and got no email. Great idea but results were not thereIt was my first time trying esalon and I have to say I was very impressed with the packaging and the product was also branded very nicely.
