Couleur qui se dégradeJ'utilise les produits esalon depuis plusieurs mois. De mois en mois j'ai trouvé que la couleur était moins vive (à savoir que j'ai demandé un rouge). Absolute waste of moneyAfter trying to buy a colour to do myself and explaining I usually get highlights and lowlights - which I clearly cannot manage myself. I thought I had opted for an all over light ash blonde colour. The instructions say this is roots only which is pointless and it will not match the rest of my hair!!! Aside from this I selected I have long thick hair and this will only be enough for half of my roots if that. Not the color I chose! Burning scalp!I ordered the dark brown violet pearl and even uploaded a pic of my current color. My after-color hair has absolutely no violet to it, it’s brown and brassy red. I’ve been coloring my hair for 15 years and have never had my scalp burn after the way it it did with this color. Terrible productThis product didn’t fully stick to my hair. It is patchy and there are parts that don’t even look dyed after I followed the instructions word for word.
