Smell Is very badI completed my color for the first time and the smell was horrible. A day later I am still fighting a headache. I have had my hair colored at salons for years but do not remember the smell being that strong. Does not hold color around edges when using gelColor doesn't hold against gel or edge control. Gray is showing already. Used color after receiving it. the gold mixed with copper and mahogany gold mixture was was too mild. Customer service was great. Good gray coverageIt colored most of my grays, except the sides still look gray just after a few days. Another good thing about this color is the lack of smell. I was expecting softer and shinier hair than the result I received. DID NOT PERSONALIZE FOR ME AT ALL!!You simply sent the color I told you my hair was, with a sticker with my name on it. You paid no attention to my specific notes, my picture, or my question...or as you put it, my "ultimate color goal." Personalized custom color? My expert personal colorist? Wrong colorThe color I was expecting to get and the color I received are completely different. My hair looks basically how it already looked alone which was natural.
