Bad experience for meI specifically asked for something to tone down the red in my hair and the color that I got left a lot of brassiness. The included instructions of adding the leftover hair color to your hair in the shower left my shower a brown dyed mess. What in the world?I followed the directions to a tee, including doing a strand test...which turned out great. However, when I did the all over color, my majority of my natural color was turned a gingery brown, and my ends look no different. I look like the lost Spice Girl, 2006 edition! Terrible with my complexion.
